Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some had issues with a musty smell and lack of housekeeping service. The hotel was near medical facilities, but the surroundings were loud. Service had its ups and downs with professional assistance but some rude encounters. The dining experience was fine, offering fresh fruit but could have included more options. Facilities were decent with the opportunity to upgrade room amenities for a fee.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were cleaner before the new owners took over and the name changed, available with 2 beds. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff members always friendly at the front desk, while others were yelling and running up and down the hall. The location was convenient for my business needs but could be easy to miss due to the ongoing construction. The dining was good with a variety of options, although the hotel has changed its name. The facilities were adequate, but my reservation was canceled unexpectedly due to a declined card in the morning of my arrival.
